DAY 1 - Depart the USA
Depart the USA for Greece. Your flight includes meals, drinks and in-flight entertainment for your journey

DAY 2 - Arrive in Athens, Fly to Santorini
Arrive in Athens and transfer to your flight to Santorini. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel

DAY 3 - Full Day Santorini
Spend a full day at leisure in Santorini, an island known throughout the world for its stunning Red Beach, colorful sunsets, and whitewashed buildings along the sea-cliffs.

DAY 4 - Full Day Santorini
Enjoy a second full day at leisure on Santorini. Santorini's harbor, the island's distinctive caldera, was formed thousands of years ago by one of the most devastating volcanic eruptions in history. This event, which created the island's placid harbor, is believed to have led to the demise of the ancient Minoan culture and inspired several Greek myths

DAY 5 - Arrive in Mykonos
Transfer to the port for your ferry (tourist class) to the island of Mykonos. The ferry from Santorini to Mykonos will take approximately 3.5 hours. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure

DAY 6 - Full Day Mykonos
Situated between Tinos and Naxos, the island of Mykonos is one of the most picturesque of the Cyclades archipelago. The island has become one of the world's top travel destinations because of its captivating, cosmopolitan atmosphere, ideal setting, and exciting nightlife

DAY 7 - Mykonos
Mykonos offers narrow roads with whitewashed houses, signature windmills, beautiful beaches and a history dating back to early Ionian civilization
Mykonos Delos Tour (This tour operates only from May through September)
Transfer from your hotel to the port. Sail from Mykonos to the island of Delos, which was once the religious center of the Aegean and Cyclades. According to myth, Latonna gave birth to Apollo, the Greek sun god, and Artemis, the huntress and goddess of marriage and fertility on the island. View the Sacred Harbor, and the regal Sacred Way, flanked by stone lions leading to the temples dedicated to Apollo and Artemis. Visit the museum housing archaeological artifacts found on the island and the tourist pavilion.

DAY 8 - Ferry to Athens
Transfer to the port for your ferry to Athens on the mainland. The ferry from Mykonos to Athens takes about 5 hours. An upgrade to a flight is available prior to final payment, and will not be an available option to purchase locally. Arrive and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the balance of the day at leisure in Athens

DAY 9 - Full Day Athens
Athens offers much to see as you meander around its historic streets. At Constitution Square, perhaps catch a glimpse of the colorfully-costumed Evzone guards, outfitted in the traditional Greek style. See the Ancient Agora with its impressive temples and public buildings or walk through the old Plaka district
Half Day Athens Sightseeing (AM)
The tour begins with a panoramic drive through the city center of Athens. View Panathenian Stadium, the Presidential Residence, the ruins of the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Arch. Continue on to visit the Acropolis, the ancient architectural masterpiece built during the Golden Age of Athens. Finally, visit the new Acropolis Museum, the striking modern building built at the base of the monument where many of the original statues from the Acropolis are now displayed. (Please note: Tours operating on Monday will not include the Acropolis Museum when it is closed).

**Optional: Santorini Volcano Cruise $49 per person: Enjoy a cruise aboard the motorized sailing boat "Pegasus" around the breathtaking island of Santorini. Sail to the island of Nea Kameni, and walk up to the still active volcano for a view of the Caldera. Sail to the island of Palea Kameni, where you will have the opportunity to swim from the boat in the bay's sulfur springs infused water. Continue to the island of Therasia, for some free time, and perhaps ride a mule to the village of Manolas. Return to the port of Athinios in Santorini in the afternoon, passing by the beautiful cliffs and the picturesque village of Oia.

Please note that this tour involves strenuous uphill walking on uneven surfaces and may not be suitable for all travelers. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended. Also, the temperature of the bay's waters varies by season and the sulfur springs do not substantially increase the water's temperature.

A local tax of 2 euro will be collected upon entrance to the volcano.
Departs at 9:30 a.m. Pick-up from hotel. Details to be advised locally. The tour will end at approximately 3 pm.
